How will I receive my order?

All orders have the option of either First Class or Second Class Delivery via Royal Mail. Local hand delivery is available to TA18 & TA16 postcodes.

All of our products are handmade and poured in small batches, so please allow for up to 7 working days for their product to be made.

What happens if I need to return an item?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product you've received, we will be happy to refund the cost of that item within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us in the first instance to start the returns process. You will then simply return your items back to us in new condition and we will refund your original payment method within 7 working days. If your items are not in like new condition, we reserve the right to partially refund. Please note, we can not cover the cost of any return shipping charges, unless the item you received was damaged, faulty or incorrect.

How do I get the best results from my wax melts?

Our wax melts are suitable for use in a wax melt burner or electric warmer.

We recommend using 2 of our wax melt shapes for optimum scent throw.

For best results with tea light burners, using a tall burner with a gap of at least 10-12cm between the tea light and the dish will give the best scent throw. Shorter burners will tend to give a short sharp burst of fragrance as it will heat the wax and fragrance too quickly.

Whilst you may find the wax melt scent is stronger with a tea light burner in comparison to an electric burner, our in house testing is completed on both types.

Only ever use plain, unscented 4 hour tea lights, anything larger will again burn the fragrance off too quickly and could overheat your burner which could lead to it cracking.

To remove wax after use, either soak up melted wax with cotton balls or carefully pour into a compost/refuse bin. If the wax has hardened, remelt for one minute and gently push the wax out in one piece.
